the local races won't be on this list.

It is important to vote in the Primary for the local elections to decide who will be on the Genreal Election Ballot.
Everyone will have two votes for the school board races if you live in the Winona School District.  
Everyone will have one vote for the contested Sheriff's race.
All in Winona County Commissioner District 5 will have one vote.  That district comprises 11 Townships in SE Winona County and  the map is at -

Next Tues. is the Primary.  The ballot was in this morning's Daily News.  But I don't think it is on their web site.
