[Winona] rainfall???

I suggest you try the ASCS office in Lewiston.  They have people through out the county who keep track of the rainfalls with gauges provided by the county.
I live just 2 miles from Witoka but cannot give you an accurate reading as our rain gauge just kept overflowing.
 You might call Allan Aldinger in Witoka; I saw him on the national news after the storm.

  I am not finding good rainfall numbers for Winona, or the upstream watershed up to Witoka for August 17 through the 20th, or from Goodview up to Lewiston.  Do any of you have reliable rain gauge readings?  I've contacted the NWS and am waiting for a response, but would appreciate any local sources as well.
